Welcome to Discipline (the "App"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the App provided by Discipline ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Use of the App

Share, distribute, or publicly post the personalized feedback you receive from the App.
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or the servers or networks used to make the App available.
Upload or transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or to other accounts, systems, or networks connected to the App.
Use the App to engage in any form of harassment, stalking, or abusive behavior toward women or any other individuals.

Intellectual Property

1. Ownership

All content and materials available on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, questionnaire content, feedback algorithms, and software, are the property of Discipline or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use. The personalized feedback you receive is for your personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or sold. This license is subject to your compliance with these Terms.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content or materials on the App without our prior written consent.
Share, sell, or distribute the personalized feedback you receive from the App.
Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction methods on the App.
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code or algorithms used in the App.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The feedback and advice provided by the App are for informational and educational purposes only and should not be considered as professional psychological, therapeutic, or medical advice. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of the feedback provided. Results may vary based on individual circumstances, effort, and other factors beyond our control. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

2. No Guarantee of Results

While many users have seen significant improvements in their dating lives using our App, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific results. Your success depends on many factors including your commitment to implementing the feedback, your individual circumstances, and external factors beyond our control.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Discipline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your use or inability to use the App;
Any actions you take based on the feedback or advice provided by the App;
Any failure to achieve desired results in your dating life;
Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted to or through the App;
Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content provided through the App.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Discipline, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

Your access to or use of the App
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
Any actions you take based on the feedback provided by the App
Any misuse of the App or its content

Payment Terms

1. Subscription Plans

Certain features of the App require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan.

2. Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan (monthly or annually). You will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, except as required by law.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms.
